cdn.plot.ly lacks IPv6 support

cdn.plot.ly lacks IPv6 addresses and thus resources (JavaScript) from it can't be received using IPv6.

Since the CDN seems to be served by Fastly, which has great IPv6 support, it should hopefully be a simple fix by asking Fastly support to enable IPv6 on the map, as per their IPv6 documentation.

Hi - we are trying to tidy up the stale issues and PRs in Plotly's public repositories so that we can focus on things that are still important to our community. Since this one has been sitting for several years, I'm going to close it; if it is still a concern, please add a comment letting us know what recent version of our software you've checked it with so that I can reopen it and add it to our backlog. cdn.plot.ly still does not have any IPv6 AAAA records.
