Sunburst Plot Labels Disappear after expanding then shrinking

When a sunburst plot is expanded and then un-expanded some labels disappear. Reprex is attached below.

Labels Disappearing (RStudio Viewer) The Escherichia coli label disappears. Also reproduced this error in safari (but only when Escherichia was expanded then de-expanded)
