[FEATURE] Sorting/Filtering of selected rows

This is basically asking for https://github.com/plotly/dash-table-experiments/issues/60

I face a similar issue - a large data table where the selected rows are not necessarily visible in the current page. This means the users need to jump through significant hoops to locate the selected rows.
