Generic Crossfilter Recipe example is broken

The "generic crossfilter recipe" in Part 4 of the tutorial is (partially) broken. Specifically, the when selecting points in the graphs, the get_figure will correctly highlight & box-draw on one of the three, but on the other two graphs, the selection is immediately zeroed out on mouse-up.

It seems to vary which of g1, g2, and g3 works ... possibly it works on whichever one you try first?
