Add a mybinder link to run the notebook using nbserverproxy and appmode

Thank you @kmader ! Sorry I hadn't seen your PR earlier, I'll take a closer look tomorrow. I've added in the README to the gallery of examples https://dash-canvas.plotly.host/Portal/, but I haven't tried using dash-canvas inside Jupyter notebooks. It would be very interesting for users to be able to combine classical image processing within a notebook with some interactive workflow in dash-canvas, I'll have to think more about it. Thanks again!
