Describe the bug

• These inputs don't have a visible focus.
• The dropdown-menu, for all 3 input-select, doesn't show the focus, just the "checkmark".

Checks:

• [ ] visible focus for inputs
• [ ] visible focus for input options

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "site setup" -> "Date and Time"
2. With a screen reader + keyboard, go to the select fields

Expected behavior

• The input must have a visible focus
• The input values, when the dropdown menu shows up, must have a visible focus
