Content view: Moving element to Top using Action doesn't work

Describe the bug

In the content view there is action to move the selected content to up and down of the content view. But now it doesn't work. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to content view
2. Try to move elements to the bottom to the top using right side More button "..." icon.

Expected behavior The content should move to the Top of the page.

I've found this bug when i have a lot of items in folder. When I click "show all", the items added at the list, does not have the delta value and the api call fails.
