Cut/ copy & paste of content without staying on the current page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When in the Contents view, Plone classic is able to begin a cut/ copy operation, leave the page, re-open the Contents view in another location and continue to paste the previously copied content. I'm not quite up to speed on how this works (cookies I guess?), but this currently does not currently work in Volto.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Store the cut/ copied content item in Local storage ready for later pasting
• Store the cut/ copied content item in a cookie ready for later pasting

Additional context I had a user who is used to Plone 5 and being able to use their normal site navigation alongside cut/ copy operations stumble over this today.
