To ensure that these changes do not break other parts of Plone, the Plone test suite matrix needs to pass.
Whenever you feel that the pull request is ready to be tested, either start all jenkins jobs pull requests by yourself, or simply add a comment in this pull request stating:
@jenkins-plone-org please run jobs
With this simple comment all the jobs will be started automatically.

@tiberiuichim @sneridagh we should follow our documentation first approach for this and first work on the documentation and then move on with the implementation. Can we please create a new PR that contains the docs about how this is supposed to work first?
"slots" is a confusing name given its a Python core concept https://docs.python.org/3/reference/datamodel.html#object.slots I was expecting something completely different.
