autotoc hash in modal

Currently when I open modal with autotoc tabs the url gets screwed up. For example when opening a link dialog in tinymce and then selecting a tab. In this case the hash from the page gets overridden. If the URL path ends without a / even the part after the / gets removed.

I think there should be a way to disable hash changes for autotoc tabs. And for modal dialogs this should be set accordingly.
