Serialization refactoring

[target g6/g7]

  • [ ] (de)?serialize should not adapter request object
  • [ ] behaviors should have their own IResourceDeserializeFromJson implementation
  • [ ] work with behavior short names(guillotina.behaviors.dublincore.IDublinCore -> dublincore)
