Check 'external' docs, do they still work with Plone 5

We including a brunch of 'external' docs into docs.plone.org, like plone-api, todo- app, pfg and more stuff.

These 'includes' should be checked if they are still valid and working for Plone 5, otherwise we should fix or remove them
