Block variation: Simple description without schema enhancement

https://6.dev-docs.plone.org/volto/blocks/extensions.html#block-variations I would like to propose to change the section "block variation" to a simple one without "schema enhancement", as this is a common task, with small effort to customize a listing.

This is something that everyone needs to understand, especially those who are struggling with folders and folder views:

• Enable blocks on folders (or skip folders at all)
• Create your custom listing template (with additional info: event date, file size, ...)

BTW "schema enhancement" is subject of the following chapter.
