buildout template doesn't create DEVELOP.rst and other files used in 'addon' template
Since there's a requirements.txt in the buildout template, it would be nice to add instructions that are added to addons as well.
Mayber other files, like LICENSE and such?
The buildout template far frome biing what i had in mind. Feel free to improove it the way you like. It was meant for project buildouts, but right now it's not ;).

Unfortunately since this package is in the plone namespace (a Contributor's Agreement is needed) and we still don't have it because of some internal corporation legal reasons, we can't do a PR.

Yep. The suggestions here are just to keep the way it's, but improving documentation.
I know it's hard when people just keep registering issues without PRs, even for simple things, but the idea is to keep it documented.
