I think I might just remove those test files since there is a complete test suite with many test files in the testing dir `t/data`. These are the regression tests...
It's safe to ignore the UTF8 things - however, I did put the testfiles in git now and changed the documentation to reflect this (see the testfiles directory).

Many thanks @zarkin404 - that fixed it for me but needed to be patched on line 83 also.
Also needing this to work since setting custom policies to manage this also doesn't work since this is a tenant-level property.
Really, I need a way to see the Notes tag but not edit it, like the Description tag is display in one of the standard folder views. The Edit tags...
That would also be a good option but the only issue there is that I'm not sure in card view if newlines are supported? I tried to use the Description...
Could you put in here the `.bib` entries that correspond so I can reproduce?
