Allow choosing hyperref target bibliography
There are countless StackExchange posts about hyperref links going to wrong bibliography:

It would make sense to allow this choice to be made without having to resort to redefining some internal macros, which isn't future-proof. At minimum, this could be an option of \printbibliography.
Although I think the right thing would be that this is determined by refcontext. Since refcontexts already determine which bibliography the citation follows in terms of look, the citation hyperlinks should also just follow that logic. The current behavior with refcontexts is particularly confusing: citations of an entry use (by default) the last bibliography/refcontext that the entry appears in, but the hypertarget actually goes to the first one.
