biblatex Improving polish.lbx

As a native Polish speaker I would like to contribute to the Polish localization.

While using BibLaTeX, I noticed that the polish.lbx was presumably not prepared by someone who knows the Polish well enough and therefore contains some errors which cause that it is not suitable for serious use.

I developed my own version of polish.lbx, trying to improve it, eliminate the errors and make it consistent with Polish publishing/editorial practice. I want to share it with other BibLaTeX users, believing it may be useful for the project.

Please feel free to submit a pull request against the master branch.

For development purposes it is usually better to submit the PR against dev - at least if you work from the default branch.
