`clearlang` is case sensitive

Hi,

I just noticed that clearlang seems to be case sensitive. Is this the expected behaviour?

This means that for a bib entry with language=English and document language english the field will not be cleared and thus printed in the bibliography.

I was surprised by this and think it should work regardless of the capitalization.
