Generalize commenton relationship

Titles of online forum posts should be italicized according to the APA Style website, not quoted. Add examples for this change.

This would fix #234, but it's not quite ready yet. Particularly, blog posts are supposed to be formatted like (non-academic) journal articles according to the APA Style website. However, setting the entry type to @article and the entrysubtype for blog posts to blogpost would conflict with the use of nonacademic as subentrykey for non-academic journal articles. I'm opening this PR to see if you think that this solution is generally a step forward or if you prefer a different (or no) solution entirely.
