[DOC] NameError (uninitialized constant RestClient) - Need to use Plivo::RestClient

RestClient.new is no more working in latest version. We need to use Plivo::RestClient

@ashishprajapati @ajsridha I was unable to reproduce this error with the latest version of Ruby SDK. Would like to know if this is still replicable? If so, please provide help us with more information such as the Ruby version & the Plivo SDK version?
