removed unresolved and unreferenced symbols from plivo client struct

The build for this package appears to have been broken for about two months. This change fixes the build.

I am not sure if this is a safe change, since the fields I removed are exposed, but if not, can someone please fix the build in the correct way? Thanks!

There are also broken unit tests that are preventing Travis from successfully completing.
