Enable Region specific Opsworks commands

This change proposal is to address Issue #4. It has been lightly tested (in manual mode). I think for completeness it would still need unittests, but wanted to propose this as a solution before putting more time into the branch.

Hi and sorry that it took so long to get back to you,

When I originally made this project, there was no specific region, so some things will need to be reworked in order to work with multiple regions. I will review your PR and possibly add some basic tests
