Failure to install due to python-ldap

I don't have a need for LDAP personally, but I assume that's not possible to opt-out of? When attempting to install/build this project the ldap package is failing to build for me. I've reported details on their repo.

Presumably there's a dependency that's required that the README here hasn't mentioned?
