[RFE] possibility to update account details

Updating your account details through acmebot would be helpful. Currently it's limited to the e-mail address, but perhaps you'd like to change it without giving up the account itself (for revocation f.ex.).

Reasons could be

• switched e-mail account (marriage etc.)
• employee used personal e-mail address and left
• company got renamed/bought
• delegation to another department
• ...
