some settings are not saved, such as the revisions setting (it's always selected when reloading the settings), however css is saved

notes are not saved at all depending on the content - for ex. i split the content area into 2 columns - <div class="left"></div> and <div class="right"></div> - with markdown in between the div's and the content is never saved
