uninitialized constant Analects::CedictLoader::LOCAL

Post the rails generator call, when running rake db:migrate the populate_cedict_table.rb migration fails at line 6: path = ENV['CEDICT_PATH'] || Analects::CedictLoader::LOCAL.

While I dont have CEDICT_PATH set in my environment, I am not finding any instance of the constant LOCAL defined in lib/analects/cedict_loader.rb

Is there something I'm missing in my understanding here?

I haven't looked at analects in a while, it certainly isn't considered stable or production ready, so you'll have to be willing to tie up the loose ends.
