When I go to the app URL msg "Not Found"

I apologize I'm very new to all of this :) I successfully deployed the app according to heroku but when I try to go to the URL all I see is "Not Found"

I don't think there's supposed to be a usable UI on the app itself; nothing for a browser to render.

All it's supposed to do is take an outbound webhook from your plex server and do some JSON magic then push it out to a slack team's inbound webook URL.
