PMP: Windowed app does not start at proper location

This is an older issue migrated from another repository. We should reevaluate when updated Qt next.

Test environment

PMS Version: App Version: 2.0.8 Browser / Client: PMP (Windows + Mac)

Steps to reproduce

Windows

  1. Change display scaling to something greater than 100%
  2. Launch PMP

Mac

  1. Change display scaling to larger text or smaller resolution
  2. Launch PMP

Current behavior

Windowed app in HiDPI environment does not start in the center of the screen and cuts off part of the app.

Expected behavior

App is centered in window mode and fits in the screen.
