player:Plex Media Player TV Recordings not sticking
PMS Version 1.13.8.5395 running on Debian 9 PMP Version 2.20.0.909-46413dd1 running on Windows 10 Professional
Steps to reproduce
Go to TV Shows in PMP. Find your favorite Show and tell it to record All new episodes. Repeat with another show.
Current behavior
The recordings are being overwritten and only displays the last show that I have selected to record. This can be verified by going to Recordings under TV Shows after selecting the shows to be recorded.
Expected behavior
If I select 3 different shows that I want to record new airings only it should record all of these shows and their new airings.
I don't remember this being a problem in the past. It seems to have cropped up in recent versions for me.
Hi @jrosetto this sounds like it would be the sort of bug that would reproduce in the browser/hosted version of the app. Can you recreate on https://app.plex.tv/desktop?
@mseeley actually through the web app I have no issue. Multiple shows set to record newest only and they all show up properly. oddly enough after using the web app once to set recordings if I add multiple new shows from the Desktop version they add properly without erasing the other selections. Still seems to be a bug but my setup is working properly now from the Desktop version.
I'll test this out with your older version of the web app and see if I can reproduce the issue.
@jrosetto Just to confirm, is this in Desktop, or TV mode that you're creating these recordings? 🙂
