PMP on Windows 10 takes over a minute to open

PMS Version: PMP Version: Platform (Windows/macOS/Embedded RPi/Embedded Intel):

Plex Media Server: Version 1.25.0.5282 on qnap NAS Plex Media Player: Version 1.39.1.2763-300bb607 on Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Plex Media Player

Current behavior

  1. It takes over a minute to open the UI at all

Expected behavior

  1. It should open in a couple of seconds, at most

Once open, it works fine. It does not matter whether I have an internet connection or not, or whether the server is running as normal or not.

I have the same issue on Version 1.39.1.2763-300bb607 running on Windows 11.

Even after reinstall (deleteing app data folder too) and not logged in it has the same problem.
