Skip intro doesn't appear in some cases

Description:

I am using the Plex for Kodi addon on a Raspberry Pi2 running LibreElec. I am logged in as the server owner account who has Plex Pass. Normally the skip intro button always appears under my account and works pretty well, however I have added some managed users. Seemingly the managed users without existing plex account have the skip intro button within the client however if I add a user who already has a Plex account but no plex pass, they don't have the skip intro button within the addon at all. I have tested it from the Android client and there the button appears for them too. So I believe a check for managed users is wrong and it doesn't include the home users with an existing account.
