Plex refuses to transcode

Description:

I have disabled direct play in settings but still Plex refuses to transcode

Details:

  • Add-on version:0.1.6
  • Kodi version:18.4
  • OS Platform:Linux

A screenshot of the settings is here. I tried to play a 1080p file and was hoping that Kodi/Plex would transcode, however it still played by direct play.
