new kodi v18 subtitle settings, not accesible from playback bar only audio and video settings.

Description:

New kodi v18 subtitles settings are not accesible from playback bar because there is an indepedent section to subtitles settings in v18.x Only audio and video settings are accesible from plex addon playback bar. if helps Kodi v17 subtitle settings was included in audio settings and now (v18.x) is an independent section.
