Open jpkinsley opened this issue 7 years ago • 2 comments

I have loaded this extension on my server and it took down a couple website, why i have no idea, I have uninstalled the extension. It seems like it corrupted these websites. I hope there is a solution to fix this corruption without a rebuild

Hi jpkinsley ,

sorry to read, that you have issues/errors/problems with your "index" - files, but I can assure you, that the Plesk Let's Encrypt Extension is definetely not your root cause for such an issue, as it doesn't change/modify any file in your webroot. ;-)

The last 2 sites I loaded it on went down. It changed the index file to where it changed it's path to the default plesk page
