Renewal failed

Hi guys Using the Plesk extension, I've had a cert running happily for a few weeks. Last night it expired and required a renewal. When I try to renew this domain (and another) in the Plesk control panel, I get the following message.

Error: Let's Encrypt SSL certificate installation failed: Challenge marked as invalid. Details: No valid IP addresses found for example.com

Any tips? Busy website currently throwing an SSL warning.

Please, check DNS settings for your domain using services like http://dnscheck.pingdom.com and https://mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx?action=a%3aexample.com&run=toolpage#
