letsencrypt-plesk renew/remove fail

Creating a cert on a domain works for the first time, but if I try it again on a domain that already has a LetsEncrypt cert, I get the following error

or if I try to delete a LetsEncrypt cert from the domain's SSL Certs page, I get an error like the following:

I assume this is due to a server permissions problem, but I'm unsure where to look to resolve this and the error gives no specific info about where the permissions are failing.

@wkaserv the error seems caused by Let's Encrypt CA problems. Check the status at https://letsencrypt.status.io/ Now I see: [Investigating] We are looking into a problem causing some users to experience errors when attempting to issue a certificate.

@thos37 the issue is not related to the extension, you'd better ask Plesk support.
