lazybones stopped working with Ratpack

Lazybones 0.8.3 is not able to find the latest ratpack 1.7.4 when creating a project.

lazybones create ratpack 1.7.4 my-rat-app

Cannot find version 1.7.4 of template 'ratpack'. Project has not been created.

Yet, ratpack 1.7.4 is said to be available.
