My highscore can't be viewed by others on the leaderboard

Hi, I recently played a game named Quick Dots Brain Game. Now I clearly scored a 302 (screenshots given below). The problem is, though my gamer profile is public, this highscore only appears on my ID. People from other ID's can't even see me on the list. What seems to be the problem? Why is my score not visible in leader-board?
