Real Time Multiplayer Room Creation Error Code 4

I integrated real time multiplayer in some of my games. Everything worked fine until today. Without any updates all of my games today return error code 4 when creating room. And also this happens only on wifi network. If I try to use my mobile network, everything works fine like before. This issue is started this morning. Is there any way I can fix this or this is a bug with the play services?
