Game Services shows old draft of application + "An unexpected error occured"

Since yesterday Game Services in the Google Play Developer Console shows me an old (~1 week ago) version of my application. The application is currently published in Alpha test mode, which is displayed properly in the main project listing under "All Applications". I am unable to make any changes to the Achievements, Events, or Leaderboards of my game within Game Services. When trying to access these tabs an error is shown: "An unexpected error occured. Please try again later". My list of test accounts, graphical assets, descriptions etc have all been reset to where they were a couple of days ago. GPGS also does not list the game as "Published" while the main Google Play Console project DOES. I can use my game services while playing with a registered test account, but the game does not show up correctly inside the "Play Games" app on my Android device (Old graphics and description). Does anybody have any idea where i could find a solution to this VERY annoying problem? All testing and development is currently on hold because of it.
