Add cloning tool

Would it be possible to add a cloning tool? Similar to the one in Photoshop, where you can drag the brush on one area and clone it on another? Would help with open spaces or gaps to fill with the splats :)

Drag a selection while holding the alt key is the default for many applications. Not just Photoshop
