Add support for multi-markers

Add support for multi-markers - both barcode/matrix type and standard pattern type.

Need to determine how multi-markers are specified. Options are:

  1. The standard .dat format outlined in the ARToolkit5 SDK.
  2. Set up sub-markers manually by specifying them in the Editor (or via the API).
