glTF use non-interleaved vertex data directly

The glTF loader currently interleaves vertex data on load (see https://github.com/playcanvas/engine/blob/master/src/resources/parser/glb-parser.js#L270)

This takes time and should now be unnecessary (thanks to #1960).
