Adding someone to a project should require the invitee confirm before they are added

At the moment, users are added to projects immediately and therefore will get email spam when someone does something like this: https://forum.playcanvas.com/t/entire-playcanvas-roster/27618/3

Every new user added and post will give a new email to those that have been added already.
