Rewrite Keepy Uppy to be an explicit guide

The tutorial project is already complete. It would be great if there was a project that users could fork that are at the state they would be at the beginning of each part and implement the tutorial themselves.

The tutorial should also assume the user has never used PlayCanvas before and guide them through the Editor UI.
