In multi-window pages, on large monitors the terminal doesn't always scroll

It doesn't always catch-up with the CLI, so you have a situation where if there is a large amount of output from a command, say when initializing a cluster, it is off screen. I've noticed this happening primarily when there's two or more terminals. You can see two scrollbars are created, and the outer one doesn't scroll.
