All pages have the default title (taken from app.html.heex): Plausible · Simple, privacy-friendly alternative to Google Analytics

Expected behavior

I'm not too sure if it's a feature or a bug, but I'm happy to create a pull request with more specific titles, such as "Home", "Settings", etc.
