//flip up not working

When using the command //flip up or //flip and looking up, the copied area remains the same, even though the feed says “… blocks flipped”. I hope this able to be fixed, or add //rotate 0 180 0, so being able to rotate in y and z axis. //flip right and //flip left work.

I am trying to get this to work since I created a island, and now I want to turn it upside down, resulting in a flying island.

Also, //flip y, //flip x, //flip z are the standard flip commands, it would be nice to have these shortcuts.
