Suggest sending this Freescale's and VIA's microcodes upstream

Freescale and VIA have long ceased producing new CPU products and has virtually stopped new contributing and other technical support upstream.

Therefore, we cannot expect them to proactively provide us with their CPU microcodes.

Nevertheless, we can add support for Freescale's and VIA's officially provided or publicly available microcodes.
