Gitlab integration, do not link job with env, but with log

In the Gitlab UI it's common to link to the logs instead of the environment from the pipeline view.

Currently the link goes to the deployed environment.

I think this would depend on #670, yes, so you have both a handy link to the environment URL, and a link to the logs (the web UI) via the pipeline.
